Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Director of Operational Excellence to lead the Global Supply Chain Manufacturing Organization. You will develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, identify and remove barriers to execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustained performance.

Reporting to the Vice President of ISC Global Operations, you will operate on a hybrid schedule from Phoenix.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in operational excellence or related field
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

Responsibilities

Lead and drive operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and eliminate barriers to execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
Lead the operating system that provides guidance and support to site leaders to ensure operational excellence and execution of site delivery.
