Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business, operations management, or a related field.
• Significant experience in Part 135 flight operations or highly regulated flight operations environments.
• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 135 operations, safety management, and aviation compliance.
• Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced aviation setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Part 135 flight operations, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Provide leadership across operational control functions with crews, dispatch, scheduling, and maintenance.
• Oversee flight operations readiness, crew coordination, and decision-making in time-critical conditions.
• Manage entry-into-service of new aircraft under Part 135 charter, including documentation and training alignment.
• Ensure manuals and practices align with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Drive reliability, service quality, and continuous improvement across charter activities.
• Coach and develop operational teams, promoting safety and accountability.
• Support audits, inspections, and corrective actions to maintain regulatory readiness.
• Monitor performance indicators and identify efficiency and customer experience improvements.
