Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination with aviation leadership experience.
• Significant Part 135 or regulated flight operations experience.
• Strong FAA Part 135 knowledge and compliance.
• Proven cross-functional leadership in service-focused aviation.
• Ability to lead onsite in Oklahoma and after-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Part 135 flight operations, ensuring safety and FAA compliance.
• Provide leadership across operations control with crews, dispatch, scheduling, maintenance, and safety.
• Maintain flight readiness and crew coordination in time-critical conditions.
• Oversee entry-into-service of new aircraft under Part 135 charter.
• Ensure manuals and procedures align with specs and regulations.
• Drive reliability, service quality, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop operational teams and safety culture.
• Support audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Monitor performance indicators to improve efficiency and customer experience.
