• Position involves planning, scheduling and supervision of day-to-day operations in aircraft manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assigns production responsibilities, work plans and schedule requirements to department leads and coordinators to ensure tasks meet FAA regulations.
• Ensures department resources, safety, 6S and housekeeping standards are followed.
• Leads Lean Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the department.
• Coordinates with engineering, finance, materials, quality and other departments to meet schedules and budgets.
