You will manage day-to-day SMS/IMS administration, staff development, customer service delivery, and financial planning—ensuring alignment with company values and client commitments.

This role requires strong leadership, adherence to SLA/SGHA, and ability to work flexible hours to support a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years related experience.
• Knowledge of airline ramp service handling procedures and aviation safety.
• Analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-centric culture and ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee SMS/IMS administration at station level.
• Maintain staffing and scheduling aligned with customer needs.
• Develop teams through coaching and training.
• Manage financials, budgeting, and expenditures.
• Engage with customers to measure satisfaction and improve processes.
