Job summary

Tenax Aerospace seeks an experienced Deputy Program Manager to guide airborne operations and aviation support programs for U.S. Government customers. You will partner with the Program Manager to oversee readiness, logistics, scheduling, customer engagement, and program execution.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting aircraft operations, aviation logistics, ISR or related aviation programs.
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities and stakeholders in an operational environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance for the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management and execution of airborne operations programs.
• Support readiness, scheduling, deployment planning, and training compliance.
• Coordinate with Flight Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and customers to meet objectives.
• Monitor program performance, schedules, deliverables, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare program status updates and leadership communications.
• Build relationships with government customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist with aircraft logistics, spare parts, and ground support equipment.
• Support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations and mission-impacting events.
• Participate in PMRs, planning meetings, and customer engagements.
• Assist with vendor management, procurement coordination, and cost control.
