Job summary

D&G Solutions is seeking a Non-Destructive Inspector, Evaluator and Tester to provide Level II NDI support for USCG aviation assets at the Elizabeth City site. You will apply certified NDI methods to assess aircraft structures and components, ensuring airworthiness and compliance with NAS410.

Role requires 4+ years of aviation NDI experience and Level II qualification. On-site work with physical requirements and a strong emphasis on documentation and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of aviation NDI experience.
• NAS410 Level II qualification or equivalent.
• Must be certified Level II in LPT, MPT, ET, UT per NAS410.
• Knowledge of aircraft structures and metallic/non-metallic materials.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (walking, standing, bending, kneeling, climbing).
• U.S. person only per eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Level II ND Inspector on repaired, overhauled, or manufactured aircraft components.
• Evaluate NDI parameters and recommend process changes.
• Identify anomalies and propose techniques for inspection.
• Apply ND methods to assess manufacturing and repair processes for USCG assets.
• Support airworthiness programs ensuring components are flight-ready.
• Provide ND expertise in failure analysis and root cause investigations.
