Job summary

Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) seeks a Supervisory Production Manager for the Fleet Readiness Center Southwest in the US. You will lead program supervisors, coordinate workloads, and ensure adherence to NAMP 4790/AMI/MPA, QMS, and FRCSW policies.

You will analyze production needs, foster a positive motivational climate, and oversee administrative programs while applying ILS management concepts across the site.

Qualifications

• Direct supervision and leadership skills required to manage multiple program supervisors.
• Experience coordinating workload and staff across trades.
• Knowledge of aviation maintenance standards and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to program supervisors and support staff.
• Build team rapport to maintain a positive motivational climate.
• Analyze production needs to develop requirements for product initiatives and planning.
• Ensure compliance with NAMP 4790/AMI/MPA, QMS, FRCSW and higher policies.
• Coordinate workload, staffing, and administration for artisans and indirect staff.
• Apply advanced concepts of integrated logistics support (ILS) management.
• Supervise and manage administrative programs for the site.
