Job summary

MTU Maintenance Fort Worth seeks an experienced Customer Account Manager to build and sustain global customer relationships, review workscope, and generate competitive maintenance proposals within approved terms. This role interfaces with production, quality, planning, sales, and MTU network teams.

The CAM will monitor project progress, assist with invoicing, and ensure timely billing. Strong MRO knowledge and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Aviation MRO with customer service/maintenance management experience.
• Strong knowledge of MRO data and OEMs.
• Experience in preparing sales quotes and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and ensure compliance with technical and financial terms.
• Prepare quotes and track proposal status to meet timelines.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance to ensure accurate invoicing and delivery.
