Responsibilities

• Lead daily business operations supporting Customer Repair Operations.
• Coordinate RFQ reviews and cross-functional technical reviews of customer requirements.
• Oversee order processing and material provisioning to meet commitments.
• Monitor financial performance, create dashboards, and conduct audits for accuracy.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Provide leadership and coaching to business support personnel.
