Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking a Materials Specialist to manage warehouse inventory, shipping, receiving, and material transportation in support of aircraft maintenance. The role collaborates with Maintenance Operations, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure uninterrupted material supply and regulatory compliance.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, with a $2.00 night differential between 9:00 PM and 7:30 AM, reflective of a 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain SIDA badge per TSA requirements.
• Able to operate ground service equipment (GSE).
• Complete GMM and DG IATA training courses.
• Background check and the ability to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Material Stores and Line Material operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy; manage issuing, shipping, and receiving of materials.
• Conduct data entry for warehouse activities and stock movements.
• Coordinate with MOC for inventory movements and AOG recovery.
• Maintain stock levels, perform audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare Hazmat shipments per IATA rules.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance Planning for fleet mods.
• Meet Breeze safety, kindness, integrity, ingenuity, and excellence standards.
