Job summary

flyExclusive in the United States is seeking a Material Specialist to manage inventory control, handling, and distribution of aircraft parts supporting 135 airlines and 145 MRO operations. You will ensure proper storage, documentation, traceability, and compliance with procedures.

The role requires at least two years in aerospace materials/stores, High School Diploma, and US work authorization. EBIS experience is a plus, and relocation or growth opportunities are highlighted by the employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years aerospace/aviation materials/stores experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• EBIS software proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, control, segregate, and maintain aircraft parts and materials for airline and MRO operations.
• Ensure proper preservation and storage of all inventory items.
• Receive and inspect incoming parts with traceability and documentation.
• Maintain inventory control through cycle counts and inventories.
• Package, ship, and receive company materials and components.
• Label chemicals and manage hazardous materials per regulations.
