Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Material Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, Parts Procurement or Engine Maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP/MRP systems and data analytics or BI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, data analytics, business or equivalent.
• Able to travel and work extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Translate shop visit and engine build schedules into material requirements using the Inventory Management Center.
• Set and maintain min/max levels, reorder points and lead times for each facility.
• Monitor open POs and supplier delivery dates, expediting critical items.
• Analyze inventory balances and advise redistribution or selling based on demand.
• Evaluate RFQs and supplier proposals for pricing and lead times.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and configurations for parts.
• Perform root cause analysis on shortages and delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Drive user adoption of the Inventory Management Center across all shops.
• Meet Inventory Targets and production deadlines without delays due to parts.
