Job summary

Republic Airways is seeking a warehouse/parts-handler to issue and deliver parts in a busy hangar environment. You will track, receive, inspect, and store parts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety procedures.

Position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, ability to operate forklifts, and willingness to travel for training. Work is performed in outdoor hangar conditions with potential for hazardous materials handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Able to operate forklifts and other machinery.
• Must be able to pass and remain current on HAZMAT Dangerous Goods Handling course.
• Possess basic computer skills in Microsoft Office and Word.
• Must be willing to travel for training and company needs.
• Must be a self-starter who can provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Issues and delivers parts and materials to various departments accurately.
• Ensures timely location and acquisition of parts/materials for Maintenance using the computer tracking system.
• Handles aircraft parts during transactions, shipping, and receiving to avoid damage or delays.
• Performs system transactions for parts/materials issues/returns, transfers, and bin transfers.
• Receives and inspects parts and materials and logs information in the computer.
