Job summary

Garmin is seeking an Aviation Marketing Manager 1 in the United States to translate complex avionics into compelling marketing. You will collaborate with in-house teams to shape messaging, plan productions, and execute across digital platforms including social media and email.

You will lead data-driven campaigns, define product positioning, and guide roadmaps while working with sales and engineering to demonstrate Garmin product value to pilots and operators.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 1+ year relevant experience, or Bachelor's with 3+ years.
• Private Pilot or aviation background, or ability to market Garmin aviation products.
• Basic knowledge of avionics industry and Garmin products.
• Strong analytical, financial, strategic marketing skills.
• Experience developing growth plans for new products/markets.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex avionics into compelling marketing messaging.
• Define product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead cross-functional marketing plans for new products.
• Develop 3-year product/tech roadmaps for marketing alignment.
• Lead digital marketing including social media and email campaigns.
• Present product benefits to customers and at trade shows.
