Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical tasks and support maintenance on Embraer and other aircraft in a fast-paced hangar setting.

Qualifications

• Airframe or Powerplant license is required; Airframe license preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in aviation maintenance or similar.
• Must follow FAA guidelines and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
• Remove and install panels and components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve aircraft system issues.
• Assist with engine removals/installations and flight line operations.
• Maintain and repair shop facilities and tooling.
• Navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases.
