Overview

Job Summary

*** $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS, $10,000 ANNUAL LOCATION STIPEND ***

Rotor experience highly preferred! Responsible for maintenance, repairs, inspections, and alterations of company-operated aircraft, specifically EC130s, following policies, procedures, and regulations. Ensures compliance with FAA regulations and maintains proper documentation.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include:

  1. Perform inspections and repairs in accordance with maintenance procedures, directives, and regulations.
  2. Verify component installation/removal accuracy through inspection and documentation.
  3. Ensure all maintenance documentation complies with regulations and policies.
  4. Participate in the company's Safety Management System (SMS).
  5. Maintain a clean and professional work area.
  6. Address compliance or safety issues as directed.
  7. Advise the Pilot in Command of maintenance issues affecting aircraft readiness.
  8. Validate data in aircraft status reports.
  9. Request parts and supplies to maintain inventory and operational readiness.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Job Requirements
  • On-call availability during nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Regular attendance.
  • Travel 25-50% supporting Part 135 operations.
Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED; 2-5 years' related experience or equivalent.
  • Factory airframe/power plant training preferred; ACTIVE/CURRENT A&P license required.
  • FAR 135 experience preferred.

Skills

  • Electrical troubleshooting, vibration balancing.
  • Sheet metal and composite repair.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents.
  • Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork and professionalism.
  • Flexible schedule, including overtime and on-call.
  • Proficiency with manuals and ERP system (Ramco).
