Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma and have mechanical aptitude; A&P certificate preferred but not required; must be 18+ and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass drug screen and background check.
• A&P certificate preferred but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; basic software literacy incl. Quantum ERP, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret maintenance manuals and regulatory standards (FAA, EASA, AS9110).
• Read measuring devices and use tools, fixtures, and test equipment as needed.
• Accurately complete all paperwork and tasks with minimal errors.
• Maintain repair station equipment and ensure tool calibration schedules.
• Keep the repair station clean and organized; follow safety rules.
