Job summary

Apollo MedFlight is hiring an Aviation Maintenance Technician to join our air medical transport team in Monticello, AR. The role focuses on rotor-wing maintenance, keeping aircraft safe and ready for mission-critical operations. A&P certification and rotor-wing experience are required, with Bell 407 exposure preferred.

The position offers a balanced 14 on/14 off schedule, a generous $22,000 annual stipend, and a guaranteed 40-hour workweek to ensure stable earnings and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• A&P certificate required.
• 2+ years rotor wing maintenance experience.
• Bell 407 experience preferred.
• EMS experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on assigned aircraft and components.
• Approve aircraft for return to service after maintenance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and paperwork.
• Ensure hangar and workshops are kept organized and safe.
• Participate in safety programs and CRM initiatives.
• Represent the organization professionally to customers and patients.
