Job summary

Apollo MedFlight is hiring an Aviation Maintenance Technician in Ferriday, LA. You will perform maintenance and repairs on rotor-wing aircraft, inspect and approve aircraft for return to service after maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role requires an A&P certificate, 2+ years rotor-wing experience (Bell 407 preferred), EMS experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including 24/7 on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• A&P certificate or equivalent maintenance credential is required.
• 2+ years rotor-wing maintenance experience.
• EMS maintenance experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on rotor-wing aircraft assigned to the technician.
• Approve aircraft for return to service after maintenance, both scheduled and unscheduled.
• Report inoperative or faulty equipment to maintenance leadership.
• Complete all paperwork for maintenance performed and ensure accurate records.
