The role emphasizes developing work plans, estimating labor and materials, coordinating with maintenance teams and contractors, and identifying efficiency improvements to minimize downtime across airport facilities.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure maintenance, including planning, estimating, coordinating, or scheduling maintenance work.
• Associate degree in engineering technology, construction management, facilities management, industrial maintenance, a skilled trade, or a closely related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and scopes preventive, recurring, corrective, and planned maintenance work orders with detailed estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinates maintenance-related contract solicitations and facilitates timely review and selection of contracted services.
• Oversees maintenance-related construction projects to ensure scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Performs field inspections to verify completion, quality, and safety compliance with contract specifications.
