Job summary

TSC AISR Division seeks an expert Aviation Maintenance Technician to support Flight & Ground Operations for a developmental aircraft in the Raeford, NC area. You will conduct maintenance on manned and unmanned aircraft, ensure mission readiness, and develop maintenance manuals and training materials.

The role requires FAA A&P certification, 7+ years aviation maintenance experience, and UAS ops experience. Travel to test sites and collaboration with engineering will be routine.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certification required.
• 7 years aviation maintenance operations experience.
• Minimum 3 years group 3‑5 UAS maintenance operations experience.
• Ability to travel as needed for field operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manned and unmanned aircraft and components.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts.
• Support development and testing of new technologies and configurations.
• Conduct inspections to regulatory standards and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
