Job summary

UTI Trade School in Utah is seeking an Aviation Maintenance Instructor to shape the next generation of aviation professionals. You will share expert knowledge of aircraft systems, lead hands-on demonstrations, and cultivate a practical, safety-focused learning environment that prepares students for real-world maintenance.

Collaborate with our education team to update courses, mentor students on projects, and help grow the curriculum. FAA A&P license is valued (we will help you obtain if needed).

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an aviation maintenance technician.
FAA A&P license highly valued, with paid assistance to obtain if not current.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Inspire and educate students in an engaging learning environment.
Lead hands-on demonstrations diagnosing and repairing aircraft systems.
Collaborate on curriculum development aligning with industry trends.
Mentor students on projects and cultivate critical thinking.
Prioritize safety procedures to ensure a secure classroom.
