Universal Technical Institute is seeking an Aviation Maintenance Instructor to guide and mentor the next generation of technicians. You will lead hands-on demonstrations, teach aircraft systems, and foster a passion for aviation maintenance through engaging, inclusive instruction.

You will collaborate with faculty to update courses, emphasize safety, and support student success in a demanding but rewarding education environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of practical work experience in aviation maintenance or related field.
• FAA A&P license is highly valued; employer may sponsor if not current.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient and empathetic teaching style.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate students in an engaging learning environment.
• Lead hands-on demonstrations, diagnose, maintain, and repair aircraft systems.

Position Overview:

As an Aviation Maintenance Instructor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and skills of our students. Your expertise in aircraft systems and components will be the guiding light that leads them to a promising career in many different industries. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience: 3-5 years of practical work experience in the field
• Certifications: FAA A&P license is highly valued, but if not current, we will pay for you to obtain
