The Director of Education is responsible for the academic success, instructional quality, and educational integrity of all programs at their assigned campus. As the academic leader for the campus, this role provides leadership and oversight of faculty, curriculum delivery, instructor development, instructional resources, and continuous improvement to ensure students receive a high-quality educational experience that prepares them for successful careers.
Working in partnership with campus leadership and corporate academic teams, the Director of Education ensures instructional practices and programs are delivered consistently and in accordance with institutional standards and all applicable ACCSC, FAA, state, and other regulatory requirements. Through strong faculty leadership, classroom oversight, data-informed decision making, and a commitment to continuous improvement, the Director of Education creates an academic environment where instructors are supported, students are engaged, and educational outcomes are strengthened.
Success in this role is reflected through the quality and consistency of instruction, faculty performance and development, student academic progress and outcomes, curriculum compliance, regulatory readiness, and the overall academic health of the assigned campus.
