Job summary

You will compile and report production status, material consumption, and aircraft readiness using government information systems, and prepare detailed reports to support management decision making. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple data sources.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have 2 years' experience as an intermediate level Production Control Clerk, PC Analyst, or Technical Publications/Technical Orders Librarian
• Shall be able to accurately type and use computers to analyze, organize, store, retrieve, and manipulate data, and report the results of those operations
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Reviews and distributes work orders, tracking the progress of repairs, and conferring with supervisors to ensure timely completion of maintenance on vital equipment.
• Compile and record critical production data from various information systems to report on maintenance volume, material consumption, and inventory levels.
• Ability to compile information and prepare reports pertaining to aircraft status.
• Maintains technical data libraries, preparing work requests, and managing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Will compile detailed reports and charts that provide essential data for management, ensuring the operational readiness of all support equipment.
• Other duties as assigned
