Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years aircraft supply assets management experience.
• Graduate of Navy A and/or C School or civilian equivalent.
• Knowledge of Navy Aviation Supply Systems, procedures, reports and forms; NALCOMIS and VIDS/MAFS entry and completion.
• Good working knowledge of governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or guidelines.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains automated and manual accounting records and posts receipts.
• Reviews quantities received against documents and shipping papers.
• Unloads, inspects, and stores incoming supplies and equipment.
• Maintains stock locator system and document control procedures.
• Reconciles activity records for monthly reporting and status reviews.
• Manages stored property and enables readiness for operations.
• Performs PLL/SSL duties in manual and automated systems.
• Performs duties related to property disposal and retrograde material.
• Trains warehouse personnel in loading, unloading, and storage.
• Other duties as assigned
