Job summary

Toledo Jet is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our aircraft maintenance, avionics, and customer service operations. This executive role oversees day-to-day management, strategic growth, and financial performance to ensure safety, quality, and exceptional service.

The General Manager will drive operational excellence, build strong client relationships, and develop the workforce. A background in Part 145 operations and leadership is preferred for this growth-focused role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in aviation or related field preferred.
• Proven leadership of maintenance/avionics teams.
• Strong financial acumen and customer-relations experience.
