• Utilize OEM manuals and regulatory requirements to optimize MIP and task packages.
• Evaluate Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins for applicability.
• Support aircraft maintenance visit planning and analysis of technical resources.
• Develop and maintain standards, processes and documentation for quality goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer service levels and address issues.
• Monitor customer support performance and propose improvement plans.
