Job summary

CAMP Systems in Wichita, KS seeks a detail-oriented Helicopter Maintenance Analyst to join our Helicopter Team. You will work with Operations and Customer Service to execute CAMP processes end to end, coordinating with customers by phone and email.

The role requires 2+ years in aviation maintenance, experience with helicopter airframes and components, and knowledge of FAR/EASA regulations. You’ll analyze maintenance programs, audits, and service bulletins to drive service levels and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent required; A&P license or equivalent highly preferred.
• Experience inspecting, maintaining, repairing, or supporting helicopter airframes and components.
• Familiarity with FAA/EASA regulations and maintenance documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute CAMP key processes end to end and support helicopter maintenance programs.
• Liaise with Aircraft Maintenance Program team, data support, operators, and authorities.
• Use analysis to determine applicability and effectiveness of tasks and packaging.
• Evaluate and implement ADs, SBs, SLs, and other in-service notifications.
• Support airworthiness planning and analysis of technical resources.
• Develop standards, processes, and documentation to support quality and service goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer service levels and address issues.
• Monitor customer support performance and propose improvement plans.
