Job summary

• Facilitate warehouse management activities including shipping & receiving, storage organization, and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support demand planning by analyzing usage trends and forecasting future parts needs to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams on part sourcing strategies, order management system updates, and equipment repair scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of aviation, specifically parts/administration
• Attention to detail and organization are a must
• Hands‑on experience with warehouse management, inventory control, shipping & receiving processes.
• Familiarity with CMMS software, ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms for data entry and maintenance tracking.
• Ability to perform detailed data entry accurately while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Customer service orientation with effective communication skills for liaising with vendors, internal teams, and external partners.
• Previous experience in aviation administration, aircraft maintenance support, or a related field is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or technical coursework in aviation or maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Fort Worth, TX, maintain confidentiality, and uphold safety and quality standards.
