Job summary

Jet Aviation in the United States is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and airworthiness of multiple business aircraft accounts. This highly visible role combines technical knowledge with exceptional organization, communication, and customer focus.

You will coordinate maintenance remotely, manage three to five accounts, oversee inspections, records, budgets, and maintenance tracking, and serve as the main contact between clients, pilots, providers, and Jet

Qualifications

• A&P certificate.
• At least five years of aviation maintenance experience, with 8 preferred, including three years in corporate aviation.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations, OSHA, and IS-BAO requirements.
• Experience with maintenance planning, inspections, repairs, modifications, aircraft records, and maintenance tracking.
• Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance activities for assigned aircraft following company procedures and industry best practices.
• Plan scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to minimize disruption to client flight schedules.
• Review airworthiness directives, service bulletins, maintenance records, and inspection requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, modifications, parts, vendors, quotes, and maintenance packages.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and support complex technical and operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate aircraft logbooks, permanent records, and computerized maintenance tracking systems.
• Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets; code and reconcile invoices.
• Keep clients, pilots, Flight Control, and maintenance leadership informed of aircraft status.
• Support aircraft during normal and after-hours maintenance requirements.
• Represent Jet Aviation with professionalism and embody Trust, Honesty, Alignment, and Transparency.
