Job summary

Albers Aerospace seeks a Logistics & Tool Control Specialist to support deployed operations, manage supply, logistics, and maintenance support for Beech B300 aircraft configured with Garmin G1000 NXi. The role requires independent work in austere environments while complying with DoW and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in aviation logistics, inventory control, and tool management, with experience in METCAL/IMRL programs and data reporting. U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in aviation logistics, supply management or related military logistics functions.
• Strong understanding of military supply procedures and warehouse practices.
• Experience handling aircraft parts, support equipment, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of SM&R codes and aircraft supply procedures.
• Experience using FEDLOG, WEBFLIS, IMDS and related maintenance databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supply and logistics for aircraft operations and maintenance.
• Perform inventory, warehouse operations, material control, storage, and accountability functions.
• Receive, issue, ship, store, and track aircraft parts and tools.
• Process requisitions for parts, components, engines, and materials.
• Monitor backorders and ensure timely support for operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct audits and reconciliations.
• Coordinate tool issue, return, inspection, and calibration activities.
• Administer METCAL and IMRL programs and maintain asset accountability.
• Prepare and distribute inventory and maintenance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
