Job summary

Albers Aerospace is seeking a Logistics & Tool Control Specialist to support deployed operations. You will manage supply, inventory, tool control, and maintenance support for Beech B300 aircraft with Garmin G1000 NXi systems.

The role requires experience in military aviation logistics, tool control, and METCAL/IMRL programs, with the ability to operate in austere, deployed environments and meet deployment requirements. U.S. citizenship and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of aviation logistics experience in the last six years.
• Strong understanding of military supply procedures and inventory accountability.
• Experience with receiving, issuing, shipping, storing, and tracking aircraft parts and equipment.
• Knowledge of aviation maintenance logistics and material management processes.
• Familiarity with SM&Rs codes and aircraft supply procedures.
• Proficiency with systems like FEDLOG, WEBFLIS, and IMDS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently in austere environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily supply and logistics activities supporting Beech B300 aircraft operations.
• Perform inventory management, warehouse operations, and property accountability.
• Receive, inspect, issue, store, ship, and track aircraft parts and tools.
• Process requisitions for parts, engines, and consumables.
• Monitor backorders and inventories to support operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic inventories.
