Job summary

Prime Engine Accessories seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the inbound and outbound material flow and the stockroom. You will ensure accurate receiving, proper documentation, and traceability, while coordinating with maintenance planners, buyers, and the tool crib attendant.

You will verify receipts against orders, quarantine issues when needed, and oversee shipping with proper airworthiness documentation.

Qualifications

5+ years in aviation logistics, shipping and receiving, or stores with leadership experience.
Working knowledge of airworthiness documentation and traceability.
IATA DGR or equivalent knowledge is a plus; compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

Oversee incoming receiving, outgoing shipping, and stockroom custody to ensure accurate, traceable documentation.
Verify receipts against POs, repair orders, or customer orders; log in system the same day.
Quarantine items with issues and notify relevant teams promptly.
Ship only after proper Airworthiness release and ensure paperwork matches units.
Book freight, manage AOG shipments, and maintain shipping records per procedures.
Perform cycle counts and ensure stock location accuracy; support MRB dispositions.
Provide real-time receipt status to planners, buyers, and tool crib, and support supplier actions with data.
