Job summary

Tharros is seeking a Logistician to provide logistics expertise for DoD aircraft SE logistics programs in a hybrid role based in Lakehurst, NJ. The ideal candidate will analyze and coordinate logistics across the product lifecycle, apply technical logistics know-how to support programs, and conduct studies to resolve complex problems while mentoring junior logisticians.

Travel domestically and internationally may be required, with adherence to government processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in DoD acquisition and sustainment logistics, or 10+ years with 4 of the 10 years international.
• Ability to conduct logistics analyses and support system effectiveness.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance; eligible for clearance within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and coordinate logistical functions across the product life cycle.
• Apply logistics expertise to support DoD aircraft SE programs and projects.
• Conduct logistics, technical, or business case analyses to resolve complex problems.
• Mentor Junior Logisticians on logistics techniques, policies, and processes.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required to support objectives.
• Implement and oversee government-instituted processes for logistics data management.
• Perform tasks independently while adhering to strategic guidelines.
