Job summary

Million Air is seeking a Line Service Professional to provide elite ground service to crew and passengers of general aviation aircraft on the ramp. You will fuel, position aircraft, assist with baggage, and communicate via radio with customers and team members.

The role requires outdoor work in all weather, adherence to safety, and a strong customer-service mindset. Training is provided; prior aircraft ground equipment handling experience is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in the service industry preferred
• Prior aircraft ground equipment handling experience required. 6 months minimum.
• High School Diploma
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass a background check
• Zero tolerance drug free employer includes pre-employment and random screening

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and crewmembers upon arrival
• Coordinate with coworkers, clients and vendors to provide ground services for general aviation aircraft, such as fueling, lavatory, ground power and potable water services, delivering catering.
• Marshalling, towing and positioning aircraft on the ramp and in hangars.
• Fuel movement- quality control, disposal, and paperwork
• Daily check and upkeep of crew cars and vehicles
• Maintain safe, clean and secure ramps and operations
• Drive a shuttle vehicle with passengers
• Monthly crew meetings
• Annual re-current training
