Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a Line Service Technician to ensure premier customer experiences at our Scottsdale location. You will fuel, service, tow, marshal, and assist with deliveries, detailing, and guest needs while upholding Cirrus Service Culture.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer service or line service, ability to obtain an MKAA Airport Badge, and a valid driver's license. Expect a dynamic, safety-first environment with opportunities to grow within Cirrus facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years customer service/line service experience preferred.
• Able to obtain MKAA Airport Badge.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of safety and service in a dynamic environment.
• Work with a team to deliver safe aircraft services and welcoming customer experience.
• Marshal incoming aircraft and greet guests warmly.
• Park and secure aircraft as needed.
• Assist guests with luggage, provide refreshments, and record needs professionally.
• Arrange transportation for guests, including operating company vehicles.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and address safety concerns promptly.
• Oversee aircraft readiness, detail aircraft, service fluids, oxygen, tires, and update databases.
• Operate and maintain fuel trucks, aircraft tugs, and company vehicles.
• Maintain fueling and customer records in CRM.
