Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a Line Service Technician to deliver safe, efficient aircraft services and a welcoming guest experience. You will fuel, tow, marshal, service, and assist with deliveries, detailing, and guest needs while following Cirrus Service Culture standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1-3 years in customer service, line service or related field preferred.
• Certification: Able to acquire an MKAA Airport Badge.
• License: Valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of safety and service in a dynamic environment.
• Assist with fueling, servicing, towing, and marshalling aircraft to ensure welcoming guest experiences.
• Marshall incoming aircraft and welcome guests, assist with luggage and refreshments.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and fuel trucks, and keep fueling and customer records up to date.
• Detail aircraft, service fluids, oxygen, tires, and update aircraft databases as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of delivery centers, hangars, ramp areas, and offices.
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance; drive company vehicles as needed.
