Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Sanitation Agent to maintain cleanliness and organization in the flight kitchen, supporting safe and efficient catering operations in a fast-paced setting.

The role upholds food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and readiness of equipment. You will work in a team-focused environment and handle dishes, utensils, and catering gear, ensuring proper cleaning, sanitation, and readiness for operation.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for 8+ hours
• Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and refrigerated areas
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use required PPE
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, including TSA and Customs requirements
• Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain dishes, utensils, and catering equipment in accordance with company and regulatory standards
• Sort and organize equipment and materials based on operational and production requirements
• Ensure all equipment is properly handled, stored, and available for use
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
• Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with safety guidelines
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment
• Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs throughout the shift
• Support overall kitchen operations to ensure readiness of catering equipment and materials
• Perform any additional duties as assigned
