Job summary

Seal Dynamics LLC, based in Hauppauge, NY, is expanding its IT development team. We’re hiring an entry‑level developer to work on SQL, C#/.NET, REST integrations, AI‑enabled data workflows, and ERP/eCommerce tooling in a real enterprise stack.

This on‑site role offers hands‑on experience across backend, integration, and BI tasks, with a modern, containerized environment and a 9/80 schedule after the introductory period.

Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL and multi‑table joins; understand indexing.
• Familiarity with at least one OO language (C#, Java, Python, or VB.NET).
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and auth concepts.
• Basic Git/GitHub usage and version control.
• Clear written and verbal communication; proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and tune T‑SQL queries against ERP and LB databases.
• Build and maintain C#/.NET applications and services.
• Build and consume REST APIs to connect systems and partners.
• Work on AI integration efforts with LLM APIs and MCP servers.
• Write Python for data work, automation, and tooling.
• Support and enhance internal web applications.
• Operate in containerized development and deployment environments.
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, sales, and finance to understand needs.
• Follow source control, code review, and change management practices.
