Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Industrial Design is required.
• Master’s in Transportation Design is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-complex Industrial Design projects for aircraft interiors and exteriors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet design requirements from strategy, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Ensure adherence to Embraer Design Process and project objectives.
• Research and illustrate applications of new technologies in design solutions.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in design processes and methods.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate design concepts clearly to leadership.
