Job summary

CS&A Insurance is seeking an Aviation Client Service Advisor who will service client accounts, handle renewals, and maintain carrier relationships to ensure client satisfaction. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and proactive support in a service-driven environment.

You will collaborate with producers and underwriters, manage policy changes and endorsements, and contribute to compliance and documentation efforts in a dynamic agency setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience; insurance or aviation experience is a plus.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred with emphasis on Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management & Insurance, Marketing, or related field.
• Equivalent insurance industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for assigned client accounts and manage day-to-day servicing needs.
• Lead renewals from data collection through presentations and quote reviews.
• Collaborate with underwriters to obtain quotes and confirm coverage terms.
• Maintain client records in Applied EPIC and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support onboarding, process improvements, and coordination with producers and leadership.
