Job summary

HNTB's National Aviation Planning + Environmental Planning Practice is seeking a qualified professional to provide programmatic, technical, and stakeholder support to the Florida Department of Transportation and HNTB in executing emerging aviation initiatives. The role involves project delivery, coordination, strategic planning, and implementation across Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in urban planning, geography, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with transportation planning and environmental documentation is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for executive-level briefings and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Research data sources and analyze data for project use.
• Coordinate with FDOT leadership, agencies, and partners.
• Develop briefings, reports, presentations, and other executive communications.
• Lead preparation of maps, exhibits, and project materials.
• Participate in public process and stakeholder facilitation.
• Support planning and implementation of aviation innovation programs.
