Job summary

Qualifications

• Airframe & Powerplant license preferred.
• Demonstrable mechanical aptitude.
• Engineering drawing reading ability.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read/write in English.

Responsibilities

• Produce hydraulic components using subassembly, assembly, acceptance testing and finishing (Final-out).
• Accurately record as-processed documentation, e.g. assembly work records and acceptance test data sheets.
• Proficiently use and train others in the use of measuring tools (e.g. OD & ID Micrometers, height gages, dial calipers, optical flats, etc.).
• Read assembly instructions, engineering drawings and written instructions to build components.
• Understand Triumph Actuation Systems-Clemmons procedures and paperwork system.
• Meet production deadlines by following correct procedures without supervision.
• Troubleshoot, build, test and repair production units.
• Contribute to team effort, work safely, and mentor others.
