Responsibilities

• Build and finish hydraulic components using engineering drawings, assembly instructions and industry specs.
• Record as-processed documentation such as assembly work records and acceptance test data sheets.
• Proficiently use measuring tools (OD/ID micrometers, height gauges, dial calipers, optical flats).
• Read assembly instructions and drawings to correctly assemble components.
• Understand Triumph Actuation Systems-Clemmons procedures and paperwork.
• Meet production deadlines by following procedures with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot, build, test and repair production units.
• Contribute to team, work safely, and train others.
