Qualifications

• 5 years of human resource management experience in a generalist capacity with increasing responsibility.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and leading HR specialists & generalists.
• Experience in HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HR Operations Specialists across various locations.
• Oversee daily HR operations for Winter Ops and Inland Deicing Services, LLC.
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and workforce planning.
