The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a strong work ethic, a natural mechanical aptitude, and a deep willingness to learn specialized aerospace repair processes. While experience in spot welding is a major plus, we are fully prepared to provide comprehensive training for the right individual on all our precision welding and advanced bonding processes.

While experience in spot welding is a major plus, we are fully prepared to provide comprehensive training for the right individual on all our precision welding and advanced bonding processes.

This position will train on first shift and will be transferred to second shift upon completion of required training.
