Hillwood in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a polished Customer Service Representative to join the Alliance Aviation Services team. The CSR will greet guests, coordinate services, and support operations in a fast-paced FBO environment, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.

You will handle guest logistics, fuel/service requests, data entry, invoicing, and vendor coordination while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in aviation, hospitality, or luxury service preferred.
• Familiarity with scheduling platforms or CRM systems preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk and Customer Engagement: Greet guests, assist at the FBO, provide VIP planeside greetings, maintain welcoming facilities, answer inquiries, and create memorable experiences.
• Administrative and Logistics Coordination: Document and manage resources, handle mail, process fuel/service requests, use two-way radios, and input data into systems.
• Guest Services and Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements, vehicle services, catering orders, and hotel/ground transportation for guests.
• Sales, Marketing and Event Support: Promote services, assist with events, and support promotional campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Support: Help with security, training new staff, and general operational tasks.
