Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation is seeking a skilled GSE Mechanic Level III in California. You will repair and maintain a range of ground service equipment, perform diagnostics, and ensure safety standards are met in a fast-paced aviation environment.

The role requires 5 years of verified experience, ownership of your own tools, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends. FAA and other clearances may be required.

Qualifications

• Must provide their own tools and toolbox.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs- as applicable).
• Airlines are 24/7, so flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of motorized and non-motorized Ground Service Equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues.
• Inspect, service and overhaul engines, transmissions, brakes and hydraulic systems.
• Complete paperwork and track parts; adhere to safety procedures.
